The owner/administrator is Janet Govin; she holds a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Life-Long License to teach.  Ms. Jan has dedicated her 40 year career to Quality Early Childhood Education and Advocacy.  She continues to channel her passion of protecting children through a long held partnership with the powerful nationwide program Darkness To Light Stewards of Children.  d2l.org  She supports all staff through their professional journey by setting high standards, modeling compassionate care, facilitating awareness of the needs of young children specifically, and paying salaries well above the standards. 123 Look At Me Learning Center has become a highly respected community resource.
